One major complaint. The tub in the bathroom did not have a non-slip mat. I almost fell when first getting in and had to be very careful with footing throughout the shower. Comfort Inn really needs to provide these mats.

This was a good experience overall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The location was easy to get to and I liked that it looked more like a home from the road and less like a large chain hotel. The staff was pleasant upon check in and check out. The room was as expected king bed comfortable, the bathroom was a bit disappointing the toilet was tiny and low to the ground the bath/shower combo was outdated and dingy looking it was clean but just not the quality I have seen in other Comfort Inn’s. I would stay here again though.

I stayed here for a business trip and had a good experience overall. However, the refrigerator froze all of my food. I told the front desk and they asked me to check the temperature settings but said that they'll send someone up. I checked the settings and they were fine, but no one ever came to look at the refrigerator. It was frustrating because I have food allergies and have to bring my own food, so I had to eat frozen food the entire trip.

The hotel was a bit rundown. Rugs were worn and lumpy. they only have two luggage carriers and one elevator. if your room is in the back you have a long walk. We were in room 236 it had an old A.C. unit so it made a lot of noise and …

Best in the area. All of the hotels around here are older and worn; but, this one is clean and quiet. It is much larger than it appears from the street. We would stay here again. The breakfast had make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, and the usual bagels, bread, cereal, milk, coffee juice.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and I liked the layout. The location was perfect while in town visiting relatives over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

GREAT!!! All the staff was wonderful and always so helpful and pleasant! The breakfast was delicious and so convenient especially if you fly in and don't rent a car. Loved the decor and the front AND back stairways. It was always so quiet. Loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch while waiting to be picked up everyday !
